Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after placement. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend to 4-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Delivery times begin once your order has shipped and are based on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occasionally occur with carrier services.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Shipping rates vary based on delivery destination and package weight.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method, delivery address, and the total weight of your order. We occasionally offer free standard shipping promotions for orders meeting specific criteria.

Holiday Shipping: During the holiday season, we recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery. Please check our website for specific holiday shipping deadlines.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress. If you have questions about your shipment’s status, please use the tracking information provided.

Undeliverable Packages

If a shipping address is incorrect, incomplete, or deemed undeliverable by the carrier, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to resolve the address issue and may require additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Damaged Items
