Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.
Important: Personalized items and custom orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
To start a return, please visit our returns portal at willowtree-gifts.com and follow the instructions. You will need your order number and email address used to place the order.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the correct product in a timely manner.
For exchanges due to manufacturer defects or errors on our part, please visit willowtree-gifts.com to initiate the process. We will cover the shipping costs for exchanges that are our responsibility.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
After approval, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Sale items are eligible for refund unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately through our support portal at willowtree-gifts.com . We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging in your message. This helps us identify the issue and prevent similar problems in the future.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with returning items. These costs are non-refundable. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information before returning an item.
International returns may take additional processing time. Please allow 2-3 weeks for international returns to be processed after we receive them.
